Grape-Escape" Wine-Tasting Excursion
7-9 pm - Departing from Station in Independence
"Thats Amore!" - A Taste of Romantic Italian Wines
Sit back and relax as you discover 5 different wines, all while traveling through Cuyahoga Valley National Park. This excursion is 2 hours in length and round trip. You must be 21 or older to ride. No one under 21 will be admitted.
While on board, you will sample 5 different wines, each served with a chef-prepared hors d' ouevres. Everyone receives a commemorative CVSR tasting glass.

Love is in the air in the month of February. And the Chalet is the perfect place to bring that special someone for the holiday.
Enjoy the "Sweetheart Deal" on Sunday, February 12 at the Chalet Toboggan Chutes from noon to 5 p.m. for $20 for 2 toboggan passes, 2 hot dogs, 2 hot chocolates, and 1 fleece blanket. Plus, enjoy another "Sweet Treat" from 1 to 3 p.m. to meet "The New 102" radio station. And, celebrate Presidents Day on Monday, February 20 at the Chalet with special Holiday Hours from noon to 5 p.m. Tobogganing at the Chalet can also be enjoyed through March 11, weather permitting, on the regular days of operation:
- Thursdays - 6 to 10 p.m. (January & February 2012)
- Fridays - 6 to 10:30 p.m.
- Saturdays - noon to 10:30 p.m.
- Sundays - noon to 5 p.m.
The Chalet Toboggan Chutes are located at 16200 Valley Parkway in Mill Stream Run Reservation, between Routes 42 and 82 in Strongsville - just a short distance from I-71 and the Ohio Turnpike.

blanket, popcorn and a good movie. |
